G	Giovanna Gelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza. Ho portato domenica mattina il mio gatto per una visita urgente dopo una caduta di circa 30 metri di altezza. Mi è stata fatta una diagnosi sommaria senza nessun esame, il gatto non aveva riportato nessun danno secondo la dott Pazzagli. Mi è stato detto di riportarlo con calma martedì cioè oggi. Ieri il gatto è peggiorato. Ho prontamente Tel alla Dr Romeo, che già mi seguiva anche per altri animali che ho, chiedendo urgenza nella visita, mi ha risposto con la sua solitainsolenza che era piena di lavoro cmq di andare. Dopo mezz'ora abbiamo nuovamente telefonato dalla fila in attesa chiedendo di entrare perché il gatto stava peggio, ma neanche questo è servito. Dopo altri 10 minuti abbiamo di nuovo chiamato per sollecitare, dopo che mi è stato risposto che più di così non poteva fare perché era sola abbiamo preso il gatto per portarlo altrove ma nel tragitto è morto. Omissione di soccorso. Superficialità. Negligenza. Menefreghismo Veterinari??? Unfortunately I had a very bad experience.
