★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza assolutamente NEGATIVA. Gatto portato per un intervento, lasciato in degenza e sono riusciti a farselo SCAPPARE. Ancora non si sa dove sia finito il gatto. Da parte loro scarso interesse a cercarlo.
Absolutely NEGATIVE experience. Cat brought in for surgery, left in hospital and managed to get away. It is not yet known where the cat has gone. For their part, little interest in looking for him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loro sono bravissimi, professionali, cortesi e ci hanno sempre aiutato correttamente. C'eravamo già da loro con il nostro vecchio cane, che aveva ovviamente problemi di vecchiaia. Lo hanno impostato bene con i medicinali e ci hanno aiutato quando c'era tempo di lasciarlo andare. Con il cane che adesso ha 7 anni siamo ritornati da loro, perché il veterinario che lo curava quando era un cucciolo non ci piaceva. (Ma non faccio nomi)
They are great, professional, courteous and have always helped us properly. We were already there with our old dog, who obviously had old age problems. They set him up well with medications and helped us when there was time to let him go. With the dog that is now 7 years old we went back to them, because we didn't like the vet who treated him when he was a puppy. (But I don't mention names)
