s	salvatore ficara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio pessimo ho acquistato un decoder da loro 1 mese fa e ha smesso di funzionare allora recando in negozio per farmelo sostituire si sono rifiutati di farmi il reso e inoltre al danno anche la beffa perché il responsabile mi ha co segnato un foglio con il numero dell'assistenza e chiamandolo il numero risultava inesistente, sconsiglio il posto vivamente non tornerò mai più ci sono negozi molto più validi a Ravenna Bad shop I bought a decoder from them 1 month ago and it stopped working then going to the shop to have it replaced they refused to make me the return and also insult to injury because the manager signed me a sheet with the number of the 'assistance and calling him the number was non-existent, I strongly advise against the place I will never go back there are much more valid shops in Ravenna

In ogni caso il reso e un diritto del cliente ma ne inventano sempre una!!! Educate le persone che lavorano con voi che non avete niente di più rispetto a un magazzino cinese di grandi dimensioni e loro sono anche più gentili ! I	Ilenia Paciullo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estate 2021 ho comprato uno sdraio per bambini ..appena mio figlio si ê sdraiato ê cascato ?ovviamente non ho potuto sostituirlo perché avevo buttato via lo scontrino.dopo qualche mese ho comprato un mobiletto porta tutto da cucina che dopo 15 gg ê cascato con tutto ciò che avevo messo su.?anche lì non ho trovato più lo scontrino.Ieri sono tornata a comprare dei festoni per il compleanno di mio figlio con delle trombette.?Uscita fuori guardo lo scontrino che riportava prezzi diversi da quelli esposti per ogni articolo.La commessa ha verificato e io avevo ragione ma dopo aver aspettato 15 minuti mi hanno semplicemente chiesto scusa per l accaduto ma non potevano fare nulla perché non erano stati loro a caricare gli scaffali dove c erano quei prezzi.E va bene vado via.Torno a casa e proviamo con mio figlio le trombette per la festa del suo compleanno e x fortuna le abbiamo provate perché non ne abbiamo trovato una che suonasse.La mia triste esperienza si conclude oggi.Dire pena infinita ê poco.????
