D	Daniele Toppo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È praticamente impossibile prendere contatto con la segreteria,visto lo stipendio percepito dai "signori" medici sarebbe opportuno potenziare il servizio anche per una questione di rispetto verso i contribuenti trattati al solito come numeri insignificanti. E	Erika Polato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ma per quello che mi riguarda non sono professionali un paziente che da 2 giorni chiama il suo medico perché ha bisogno e mi viene continuamente detto il medico la richiama ma poi non chiama mai nessuno mi spiace ma x me non sono professionali e non e la prima volta che succede? I'm sorry but as far as I'm concerned they are not professional a patient who has been calling her doctor for 2 days because she needs it and I am continually told the doctor calls her back but then never calls anyone sorry but for me they are not professional and they are not the first time it happens?
C	Christine Toninato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buon centro peccato per la segreteria che il lunedì mattina é sommersa di telefonate e non riesce a gestirle, io personalmente sono più di 45 minuti che provo a collegarmi, resto in linea 5 minuti e poi la voce mi dice che per l'elevato numero di telefonate e' meglio richiamare più tardi. Forse sarebbe il caso di rivedere lo smistamento e la funzionalità della segreteria. A good pity for the answering machine that on Monday morning is overwhelmed with phone calls and cannot manage them, I personally have tried to connect for more than 45 minutes, I stay on the line for 5 minutes and then the voice tells me that due to the high number of phone calls it is better to call back later. r	roberto spolaor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco come certi soggetti, scrivano senza un minimo di ragionamento logico o peggio sparando termini che oserei quasi dire offensivi. Le persone che rispondono al centralino, le ho SEMPRE trovate estremamente gentili, correte e precise. Certo è un centro con più medici che sono al servizio di qualche migliaio di pazienti. Logicamente, non è che si possano assumere migliaia di centraliniste ed è facile immaginare, che in un normale lunedì mattina, noi pazienti ci scateniamo in 500-700 persone tutti a chiamare nello stesso momento. Anche se ASSURDAMENTE, dovessero assumere 50 centraliniste è ovvio che il problema non cambierebbe. Forse, noi “pazienti”, prima di criticare, dovremmo farci un esame di coscienza e pensare, pensare che ci sono persone che telefonano per fissare un appuntamento e cominciano dalla nascita di Gesù Cristo, persone che si perdono in chiacchiere tenendo occupate le centraliniste che per non passare da maleducate, sono loro malgrado, costrette ad assorbisi di tutto. Insomma, cerchiamo di stare calmi (che ci fa solo bene) e attendiamo con calma che ci rispondano. Finisco dicendo che personalmente ritengo questo centro una vera eccellenza.
