★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortesia e amore per gli animali sono di casa, mi sono trovato veramente bene con il Dott. Vassallo che a mio parere a una delicatezza e tatto verso i nostri amici in modo professionale. Prezzi nella media. Da rivedere la gestione visite e terapie od evitare inutili discussioni.
 Courtesy and love for animals are at home, I got along really well with Dr. Vassallo who in my opinion has a delicacy and tact towards our friends in a professional way. Average prices. To review the management of visits and therapies or to avoid unnecessary discussions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è negativissima sia al livello umano che professionale. Mi sono ritrovata con il mio bulldog francese operato di otoematoma a dover recarmi presso un altro veterinario perché il dottore non era disposto a proseguire le cure in quanto il cane (con museruola) era irrequieto e mi è stato detto che tra me (padrona) e il dottore non c'era INTESA!!! Dopo aver pagato una parcella non economica sono insoddisfatta di tutto lo staff medico e costretta a ricominciare di nuovo le cure compreso un nuovo intervento perché il cane non è stato curato adeguatamente.

My experience is very negative both on a human and professional level. I found myself with my French bulldog operated on for otohematoma having to go to another vet because the doctor was not willing to continue treatment as the dog (with muzzle) was restless and I was told that between me (mistress) and the doctor was not there INTESA !!! After paying a non-economic fee, I am dissatisfied with all the medical staff and forced to restart the treatments again including a new intervention because the dog was not treated properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando i nostri bambini pelosi,stanno male viviamo certamente un brutto periodo .Non facile come per noi umani trovare il Medico a cui affidarsi senza fregature,salassi e poca competenza.Per caso mi sono rivolta alla Clinica MyPets dove ho ritrovato il Dott.Michele incontrato altrove una 15 anni or sono,che non e'solo un gran professionista ma una Persona con una grande empatia verso i suoi pazienti.Non e'mai troppo tardi...ho imparato oggi grazie a questo medico speciale ed al mio Pippo un anzianotto di 15 anni che pero ha tanta,tanta voglia di godersi coccole, buon cibo e tanto amore.Consiglio a tutti di verificare anche solo per una vaccinazione se ho esagerato nel recensire questo luogo
When our hairy children are ill we certainly live a bad period. It is not easy as for us humans to find the Doctor to rely on without cheating, bleeding and little competence. By chance I turned to the MyPets Clinic where I found Dr. Michele met elsewhere a 15 years ago, who is not only a great professional but a Person with a great empathy towards his patients.It is never too late ... I learned today thanks to this special doctor and to my Pippo an elderly man 15 years old who, however, has a lot, a great desire to enjoy pampering, good food and a lot of love.I recommend everyone to check even just for a vaccination if I exaggerated in reviewing this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo! Ho una gattina anziana e molto ansiosa. Vi lascio immaginare la difficoltà nel trasporto e attesa in ambulatorio. Mi è venuto incontro il dottore consigliando un blando medicinale, la dose, il tempo di attesa.
È andato tutto bene. In ambulatorio serietà, il giusto tempo per visita ed esami per non stressare ulteriormente il gatto. Il dottore e i suoi colleghi sono apparsi professionali, esigenti, e senza giri di parole inutili ti spiega la situazione. Certamente non è conveniente se si cerca di spendere il giusto.
Great! I have an elderly and very anxious kitten. I leave you to imagine the difficulty in transport and waiting in the clinic. The doctor came to meet me and recommended a mild medicine, the dose, the waiting time.
Everything went fine. In the clinic seriousness, the right time for visits and exams so as not to further stress the cat. The doctor and his colleagues appeared professional, demanding, and without beating around the bush he explains the situation to you. It is certainly not convenient if you are trying to spend the right amount.

Sono 25 anni che conosco il dirigente Vassallo Michele e prende inconsiderazione gli animali...non fa tanto per fare ma fa con amore e dedizione .
Buon lavoro a tutti !

I have known the manager Vassallo Michele for 25 years and he takes animals into consideration ... he does not do much to do but does with love and dedication.
