Se il fatto per te fosse stato così brutto saresti stata molto più gentile e almeno umanamente vicina al tuo cliente. Cmq vedo che anche altri non sono proprio contenti..... Buon anno Adesso ho Sissi che per fortuna è un cane sano Cara Serena ho letto solo ora la tua risposta. Non è astio il mio, quando ti ho portato il referto dell'ecografia mi hai quasi mandato al quel paese senza riconoscere che non avevi compreso la gravità. Sai benissimo che per i miei cani ho fatto sempre il massimo. Comunque per fortuna Ombra è vissuto ben nove anni curato per bene e amato da me fino all'inverosimile. Se n'è andato il 12 marzo a 11 giorni di distanza da Tea che aveva raggiunto i 16 anni circa....lui non ha retto ed è peggiorato improvvisamente. Purtroppo ho dovuto fare iniezione a tutti e due perché il loro cuore era fortissimo, ma non erano più in grado di fare una vita degna. Non sindaco la professionalità perché non ho avuto modo di testare i vs servizi; non sindaco nemmeno la puntualità, anche se aspettavo l'apertura da prima delle 9 e la dottoressa, è arrivata alle 9.10 (un contrattempo può sempre capitare), sindaco però il fatto che, mi ha lasciato fuori, ripeto, col la gattina con il mento aperto, senza nemmeno chiedermi cosa era successo e che cosa aveva il gatto, perché c'era un appuntamento delle 9 )evidentemente anche lui in ritardo perché ancora non c'era nessuno) che, una volta arrivato, doveva fare un semplice vaccino in quanto cucciolo: forse i padroncini, sarebbero stati più che contenti di far passare una situazione ben più grave. Al di là di tutto, credo che per fare il medico ci voglia EMPATIA ed io, mi perdoni, stamattina ne ho vista zero.
