p	patrizia iovinella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venerdì 19.4.19 avevo il vaccino,messa museruola doveva solo mettere gocce nel naso.il mio Lucky si è spaventato con il cuore in gola ha iniziato una eccessiva salivazione,ha tentato tre volte il dottore a tenerlo fermo aveva paura.mi sono spaventata per il modo stretto anche con le gambe da terra.ho visto lo sguardo del mio cane assente,con la schiuma alla bocca e pensavo non respirasse più.il dottore SCOCCIATO per i fatti suoi ha LANCIATO LA SIRINGA DICENDOMI CHE IL VACCINO NON ME LO FACEVA E DI CERCARMI UN ALTRO VETERINARIO!! SONO RIMASTA SENZA PAROLE....E ME NE SONO ANDATA.ORA LUNEDI VEDO IL VACCINO LO DEVE FARE!! Friday 19.4.19 I had the vaccine, muzzle put it only had to put drops in the nose. My Lucky was scared with the heart in his throat started excessive salivation, he tried three times the doctor to keep him still he was afraid. the way it was tight even with the legs off the ground. I saw the look of my absent dog, with the foam at the mouth and I thought he was no longer breathing. The doctor was SHOCKED for his own business. TO FIND ME ANOTHER VETERINARY !! I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT WORDS ... AND I WERE GONE THERE. NOW ONCE I SEE THE VACCINE, IT MUST DO IT !!

Mi sono sempre trovato bene, dalla vaccinazione all'intervento di urgenza. Massimo del punteggio ben meritato. Professional, passionate about their work, even nice. They make us feel good and not just our animals. I have always enjoyed myself, from vaccination to emergency intervention. Maximum points well deserved.

Persona scortese, non sorride mai...parla con una tale arroganza senza fine e poi se ti incontra fuori dal suo ambulatorio neanche saluta. Lascio a malincuore questa recensione, perché credevo di sbagliarmi. Ma purtroppo non è così... persona lunatica, ovviamente se beccate la giornata giusta ,mostra una certa gentilezza. La Dott.ssa Elisa si mostra cortese e qualche volta sorride pure. The veterinarian Recla deserves a bad review, for his behavior towards a client and also the animal he has known for several years. Rude person, he never smiles ... he speaks with such endless arrogance and then if he meets you outside his clinic he doesn't even say hello. I leave this review reluctantly, because I thought I was wrong. But unfortunately it is not like that ... moody person, obviously if you catch the right day, it shows a certain kindness. Dr. Elisa is courteous and sometimes even smiles.

Può andare bene per visite di routine, lo sconsiglio per problemi seri. We have always had a good time but in the last year, on two dogs we brought them, we had to go to another veterinarian to get the right diagnosis and the correct treatments. It can be good for routine visits, I don't recommend it for serious problems.
