 The owners are exceptional. The place deserves it. Few rooms but very clean. Nice garden with swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super consigliato. Posizione ottimale vicino al centro commerciale ed alla stazione che in pochi minuti porta direttamente alla stazione di Tiburtina.
Il valore aggiunto di questa struttura sono però i due proprietari, Ambretta ed Alfonso. Persone splendite e genuine che renderanno il soggiorno presso questa struttura indimenticabile.
Super recommended. Optimal location near the shopping center and the station which in a few minutes leads directly to the Tiburtina station.
The added value of this structure, however, are the two owners, Ambretta and Alfonso. Splendid and genuine people who will make your stay at this structure unforgettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vero bed and breakfast. Gestori di una simpatia travolgente. Io e mio marito siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Camera accogliente con bagno privato ed aria condizionata! Si entra in casa loro, quindi , rispetto!
True bed and breakfast. Managers of an overwhelming sympathy. My husband and I were delighted. Cozy room with private bathroom and air conditioning! You enter their house, therefore, respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiorno da incubo, una vera e propria bettola! Dall’ esterno accogliente ma entrando in camera lenzuola sporche, nidi di larve al lampadario, tende nere e aria irrespirabile. Non continuo. Meglio starne lontani.
Nightmare stay, a real dive! Welcoming from the outside but on entering the room dirty sheets, nests of larvae on the chandelier, black curtains and unbreathable air. I don't continue. Better stay away from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorpreso e molto soddisfatto di questa esperienza di 5 giorni in questa perla di B&B. I proprietari e familiari persone d'oro, sempre disponibili, molto simpatici e professionali. Questo B&B circondato da molto verde, con tanto di piscina, e un gazebo con grande spazio all ombra per rilassarsi o per un aperitivo. La privacy e la tranquillità non mancano sicuramente. Colazione sempre pronta con tanto di caffè e/o cappuccino fatto in casa. La stanza ha più optional per qualunque esigenza con TV e Wi-Fi gratuiti. A pochi passi dal centro di Roma, a 2 minuti in auto dal centro commerciale RomaEst e dalla fermata della stazione Porta Nona è comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi. Nelle vicinanze anche il castello di Lunghezza. Lo consiglio assolutamente!
Surprised and very satisfied with this 5-day experience in this pearl of a B&B. The owners and family golden people, always available, very nice and professional. This B&B surrounded by greenery, complete with a swimming pool, and a gazebo with a large shaded space to relax or for an aperitif. Privacy and tranquility are certainly not lacking. Always ready breakfast with lots of coffee and / or homemade cappuccino. The room has more options for any need with free TV and Wi-Fi. A few steps from the center of Rome, a 2-minute drive from the RomaEst shopping center and from the Porta Nona station, it is convenient for getting around on foot. The Castle of Length is also nearby. I absolutely recommend it!
