Servizio pessimo , da notare che ho sempre telefonato io al protrarsi del ritardo perché da loro neanche una email informativa... assolutamente da evitare siete solo un numero di pratica per loro
Car delivered with more than 20 days delay from the 4 declared, when the delivery is prolonged I request a replacement car, I do not even get an answer. Bad service, it should be noted that I always phoned myself when the delay was prolonged because from them not even an informative email ... absolutely to be avoided, you are just a file number for them

Lavori fatti con il c*lo, un mese per avere l’auto. Presentata sporca e con guarnizione parabrezza rovinate dalla macchinetta.
Lucidatura lasciamo perdere!
Worst body shop in Brescia!
Jobs done with the c * lo, one month to get the car. Dirty presented and with windshield seal damaged by the machine.
Let's forget about polishing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In generale competenti, ma il servizio al cliente è pessimo in quanto al ritiro dell'auto non si ha un confronto con i meccanici che hanno messo mano sull'auto, ma solo con le ragazze assistenti spesso inesperte a cui bisogna strappare qualche riscontro sull'assistenza effettuata.... Credo che cambierò officina autorizzata Jeep! Il fatto di essere solo un utilizzatore dell'auto a noleggio, non significa che non debba sapere nulla su ciò che accade all'auto!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (correct name is "Ambra"). This is a Europcar location as well as a body shop. We picked up and dropped off a rental car here; they were superb, really as smooth a car rental as ever I've had, and I've had plenty. Person on duty spoke good English, no extra charges -- what more could one want? OK, location is a bit out of the way if you need to get to the train station.

The staff were amazing, even more so in dealing with the leasing company not answering phones or messages, and helped us get on with our ride back to Malpensa. Very friendly, professional, and welcoming.
