L'ufficio non è mai affollato, le regole di distanziamento ed igiene sono scrupolosamente rispettate dagli impiegati sempre gentili e disponibili. Ho rinnovato io mio pass Ztl per l'auto ibrida in pochi minuti. The only difficulty is finding parking in the neighboring streets. The office is never crowded, the rules of distancing and hygiene are scrupulously respected by the always kind and helpful employees. I renewed my Ztl pass for the hybrid car in a few minutes.
