La rottura è peraltro stata rovinosa con il rischio di caduta della stessa dal secondo piano. Una vergogna. La completa indifferenza rispetto al nostro disagio e al rischio che abbiamo corso merita un'azione legale.
Company absolutely to be avoided. After 2 months we are still waiting for the spare parts of a tent that broke after 2 weeks of installation. The break was also ruinous with the risk of it falling from the second floor. A shame. Complete indifference to our discomfort and the risk we took deserves legal action.

Preso un ordine a maggio, sta rinviando di settimana in settimana la consegna al mio installatore, adducendo la scusa della carenza dei materiali, che c'è ma non è una novità degli ultimi mesi. Una azienda seria prende gli ordini solo se è certa di riuscire ad evaderli in tempi ragionevoli. Triplicare i tempi di consegna non è corretto. Esistono tante valide alternative cui avrei potuto rivolgermi e avrei già la tenda montata
