ATTENTION: Sunday IS CLOSED, unlike what is indicated on the AMA website (8 Aug 2021) on the Sunday timetable sign there is a nice pocket with the word CLOSED.
S	Stefano Razzicchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'area è ampia e ben servita per la tipologia dei rifiuti generici di una famiglia; il personale è gentile e disponibile anche se capita che i maxi-contenitori non vengano svuotati con sollecitudine e quindi il cittadino non può lasciare i propri rifiuti (legno e vetro in particolare). L'aspetto veramente negativo, di cui però siamo responsabili noi cittadini, è che nei casi di spazio non disponibile, le persone scaricano i propri rifiuti davanti all'ingresso dell'area con le conseguenze facilmente immaginabili. The area is large and well served due to the type of generic waste of a family; the staff is kind and helpful even if it happens that the maxi-containers are not emptied promptly and therefore the citizen cannot leave their waste (wood and glass in particular). The really negative aspect, for which we citizens are responsible, however, is that in cases of unavailable space, people unload their waste in front of the entrance to the area with the easily imaginable consequences.

Io lo consiglio e mi ci sono trovato molto bene. Non abbandonate la monnezza per la strada portatela anzi qui! The operators are fantastic: helpful humans, nice patients and never chase anyone away. The place is adequate and interesting. I recommend it and I found myself very well. Do not abandon the garbage on the street, bring it here!
V	Valeria Brunelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi, dopo aver consultato il sito, sono andata al punto di raccolta Ama di via Tiburtina alle 14,00 e ho scoperto essere chiuso. Come da indicazioni riportate, mi sono recata al punto in Via Teano e qui l'operatrice mi ha confermato che dal mese di giugno ad agosto '21 compreso i Centri AMA sono aperti solo la mattina dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 7 alle ore 12 perché gli operatori sono in ferie. Il sito non è aggiornato, pertanto ancora una volta i cittadini hanno solo disservizi! Today, after having consulted the site, I went to the Ama collection point in via Tiburtina at 2.00 pm and I discovered that it was closed. As indicated, I went to the point in Via Teano and here the operator confirmed that from June to August '21 including the AMA Centers they are open only in the morning from Monday to Friday from 7 to 12 because the operators are on vacation. The site is not up to date, therefore once again the citizens have only disservices!

Pessimo invece il discorso degli orari di apertura; si sono ridotti negli anni ed oggi il centro rimane aperto per poche ore, solo la mattina e questa informazione non è disponibile da nessuna parte se non recandosi in loco, dove sul cancello c'è un cartello on orari illeggibili. Assurdo che gli orari non siano aggiornati su internet e che gli altri centri vicini (es. Via Teano) siano aperti negli stessi orari e chiusi per larga parte del weekend. Good service, when you are lucky that the bins are not full. On the other hand, the discourse of opening hours is very bad; they have reduced over the years and today the center remains open for a few hours, only in the morning and this information is not available anywhere except by going to the site, where there is a sign on the gate with illegible times. It is absurd that the timetables are not updated on the internet and that the other nearby centers (eg Via Teano) are open at the same times and closed for a large part of the weekend.

R	Roberto Pellegrino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo aver dato una pulita drastica al mio giardino sono rimasto in possesso di una quarantina di sacchi di erbacce, potature e foglie. il primo giorno faccio 3 viaggi portando ogni viaggio 4-5 sacchi. il secondo giorno mi dicono che non posso portare più di 5 sacchi al giorno, non sapevo questa regola ma ho controllato ed è vero. il giorno dopo ho portato 5 sacchi e poi ho fatto subito dopo un secondo viaggio per portare delle vecchie cassette di plastica rotte. sono stato ripreso perchè "non si può fare più di un viaggio al giorno". ora questa cosa per me non aveva il minimo senso, la mia macchina non è un furgone ma non è neanche una macchina piccola, se uno possiede un mini bagagliaio, e deve fare per forza più viaggi per buttare un microonde ed una sedia che si fa? non può entrare perchè ha già fatto un viaggio? visto che l'accesso è cosentito fino a veicoli di 35 quintali mi devo affittare un furgone per portare tutti i rifiuti in un solo viaggio senza superare i limiti giornalieri per classe di rifiuti? mi è stato consigliato di leggere il regolamento, beh male per loro l'ho letto attentamente, e da nessuna parte mi è vietato di fare più di un viaggio, anzi ho notato varie infrazioni che non esiterò a segnalare. Quando vi dicono di leggere il regolamento/contratto, leggetelo, molto probabilmente se voi siete nel torto loro lo sono di più after giving my garden a drastic clean up I was left in possession of about forty bags of weeds, prunings and leaves. the first day I make 3 trips carrying 4-5 bags each trip. the second day they tell me that I can not carry more than 5 bags a day, I did not know this rule but I checked and it is true. the next day i brought 5 bags and then i immediately made a second trip to bring some old broken plastic crates. I was taken back because "you can't do more than one trip a day". now this thing didn't make any sense to me, my car is not a van but it is not even a small car, if one has a mini trunk, and must necessarily make more trips to throw away a microwave and a chair that is made ? cannot enter because he has already made a trip? since access is allowed up to 35 quintals vehicles, do I have to rent a van to carry all the waste in a single journey without exceeding the daily limits for waste class?
