Invece comunicano la fascia oraria la sera del giorno stesso e praticamente lo sgombero vorrebbero farlo nel pomeriggio e mondo convenienza vorrebbe consegnarmi i divani la mattina.E' già la seconda volta che sposto la consegna dei divani perché nessuna delle due ditte viene incontro all'altra . Unica soluzione che mi è rimasta lasciare mia madre e mio padre anziani due giorni senza divani. LORO SENZA DIVANI IO SENZA PAROLE. Suggested by Mondo Convenienza, I thought they were more collaborative with them, for timetables and deliveries. Instead they communicate the time slot in the evening of the same day and practically the evacuation would like to do it in the afternoon and world convenience would like to deliver the sofas to me in the morning.It is already the second time that I move the delivery of the sofas because neither of the two companies comes to meet the other . Comunicazione ottima, sopralluogo rapido, furgone adatto, i due lavoratori che sono venuti per svuotare puntuali (in anticipo anzi!), gentili ed efficienti, prezzo onesto. Bellissimo avere certezza che il materiale sia stato conferito correttamente in discarica! Do 5 stelle perché sono rimasta soddisfatta e non ho avuto disagi, ma segnalo che i due lavoratori che si sono trovati a svuotare il garage avevano solo un piccolo carrellino e pur lavorando sodo (sono sempre stata presente) hanno impiegato ben 4 ore quando se fossero venuti meglio equipaggiati avrebbero potuto impiegare metà del tempo con molto meno sforzo. Forse far partecipare al sopralluogo anche chi poi effettuerà realmente il lavoro potrebbe evitare problemi organizzativi simili. I used Differenziamoci to empty a garage. I give 5 stars because I was satisfied and I had no inconvenience, but I point out that the two workers who found themselves emptying the garage only had a small trolley and while working hard (I was always present) they took 4 hours when come better equipped they could have taken half the time with much less effort. Perhaps even those who will actually carry out the work take part in the inspection could avoid similar organizational problems.

Seri, riservati, veloci e professionali. Non vi conoscevo ma, sicuramente avete acquisito un a nuova cliente. E in più, so che saranno smaltiti in modo 'regolare'. Consigliati davvero. I turned to Differenziamoci for the disposal of mattresses, table and sofa. I would like to congratulate this company. Serious, reserved, fast and professional. I didn't know you, but you have certainly acquired a new customer. Plus, I know they will be disposed of on a 'regular' basis. Really recommended.

Un'esperienza assolutamente negativa lo sconsiglio vivamente. Provo a telefonare e solo in quel momento mi comunicano che non sarebbero venuti. Premetto che avevo fissato l'appuntamento 3 settimane prima e domani mi vengono a portare l'intera camera da letto da mondo convenienza. Quindi io e mio marito abbiamo dovuto smontare tutto da soli e anche di corsa! Sarebbe stata gradita una chiamata anticipata dicendoci con sincerità l'impossibilità dell'appuntamento in modo da poterci organizzare diversamente. Appointment set for today from 3pm to 5pm. Maleducati, sbattevano il divano ovunque, nonostante si vedesse che in quella posizione non poteva passare dalla porta, loro ci provavano lo stesso quasi rovinando gli infissi (nuovi, per giunta). Quando si sono accorti che non passava se la sono presa con noi perchè dovevamo comunicarlo…rispetto zero! Quick quote and nice call center guys. The problem was when they came to take our sofa away. Rude, they slammed the sofa everywhere, although it was seen that in that position he could not go through the door, they tried the same almost ruining the windows (new, too).
