O	Ofelia Foggetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre alla totale incompetenza nell'accogliere ma sopratutto nel trattare il cliente, dobbiamo specificare alcuni punti: 1- il primo giorno erano i proprietari di casa mentre il secondo giorno era un'anziana signora per poi trasformarsi il terzo giorno di nuovo in " proprietari " 2- le avevamo ben specificato che la busta paga era meno della metà di ciò che guadagnavo con garanti non di certo ci saremmo rivolti da lei x gli affitti 3-potremmo comprarci casa della proprietaria/proprietari e anche quella casa popolare palazzo del 1940 al 3° piano senza ascensore che state facendo sembrare un un'appartamento tripla A!! Ma purtroppo non vengono dichiarati sa com è funziona cosi l Italia! Quindi cercate di essere più flessibili e di ridimensionare un po' i costi altrimenti non so prima o poi dove andrete a finire. Consiglio vivamente di cambiare la vostra agenzia da immobiliare ad agenzia delle pulizie forse avreste competenze maggiori. Certo, argomento molto volentieri. Annuncio di un bivani in fitto pubblicato alle 23.00 quasi del 04.10 su subito, rispondo con un msg la mattina seguente alle 8.00, non ricevendo alcuna risposta contatto telefonicamente l'agenzia, mi risponde una ragazza gentilissima. Preciso di essere molto interessata all'annuncio e che lo avrei visto alla prima occasione possibile, mi risponde che il giorno stesso non era possibile in quanto il proprietario in attesa della consegna dei mobili non vi aveva lasciato le chiavi. Quindi programmiamo un appuntamento PER LA PRIMA DATA DISPONIBILE PER VOI, ovvero oggi pomeriggio con orario da concordare. Questa mattina vi contatto per avere tale informazione alle ore 9.30 e mi viene risposto che la casa era già stata fittata e che nel pomeriggio non erano previsti appuntamenti. Preciso che l'annuncio era stato cancellato ieri sera. Penso di non dover dire altro, se non che penso dobbiate imparare a rispettare la gente che lavora come lavorate voi. Buona giornata.
