Dopo quasi un anno, dei clienti non hanno ancora l'utenza collegata al conto, procedura che si e no potrebbe far "perdere" 3 minuti a cliente. Ogni volta dicono che sistemeranno dalla bolletta successiva, e poi nulla. Fatto reclami, mail, chiamate ma non sembrano voler cercare di trovare una soluzione. it is a shame to deal with such a serious disservice. Ad esempio nel nostro condominio un condomino ha eseguito uno svincolo e sono mesi che in fattura stiamo pagando un fisso in più. Non credo sia un attività complessa verificare se un utente debba o meno essere escluso da una fatturazione e dare conferma di quanto segnalato. Non parliamo dei prezzi .. da settembre 2020 ad oggi maggio 2021 ho pagato 270 euro per un modesto appartamento vuoi per il fisso in più.. d' accordo ma allora correggete l errore per lo meno. Sono stato lì per una voltura, avendo chiamato prima sono arrivato con tutta la documentazione, non ho trovato confusione , ma personale molto cortese e paziente. Disponibile veloce e preciso. 5 stelle più che meritate Finally a public office where employees are competent people, they know their job, and don't give you the idea of bothering them when you arrive. Servizio scadente con tutto quello che paghiamo dovreste aver la massima reperibilità e non far finta di sistemare i problemi ma sistemare davvero. Numero verde attivo in fasce orarie limitate. Shameful, the only positive note is the very courteous switchboard but for the rest we are just not there. Poor service with everything we pay you should have maximum availability and not pretend to fix problems but really fix. Toll-free number active in limited time slots.

Guasto segnalato alle 15 (non alle 10 di sera!) e riparato il giorno dopo. Vergognoso! So much for prompt intervention. They left a family without water for almost a day. Fault reported at 3pm (not 10pm!) And repaired the next day. Shameful!
