Hanno salvato il mio gatto, Brandy: l'avevo portato precedentemente da quello che era il nostro "veterinario di fiducia" da anni, per un problema alla zampa. Gli hanno fatto un'iniezione che, dal giorno stesso, ha iniziato a peggiorare il suo stato di salute a vista d'occhio. Appena l'hanno toccato, hanno capito cos'aveva alla zampa (mentre dall'altra parte mi proponevano visita ortopedica, risonanza, ...tutto per un ritorno economico). Qui mi è stato detto subito che problema aveva e come bisognava intervenire, ma mi è stato detto chiaramente "Guarda, io lascerei stare il problema zampa che è secondario. Ora è importante capire cos'ha il gatto e come farlo stare meglio. I gatti possono camminare anche con 3 zampe." L'hanno visitato e trattato per 3 giorni di fila. E l'hanno salvato! ❣ Ecco. Ho adorato fin da subito questo di loro! Il lavorare con passione e con vero amore verso gli animali, pensando davvero al loro benessere e non a quanti soldi può far loro guadagnare un paziente. Mille punti per questo splendido team! Ora che li ho trovati, non li mollo più!❣ Exceptional is to say the least!
