R	Riccardo Meli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse un po' difficile da raggiungere, ma ho potuto contare su professionalità ed esperienza per salvare un libro di testo piuttosto voluminoso e ridotto in condizioni pietose (letteralmente spezzato in due, tra le altre cose). Ho ottenuto un servizio competente ad un prezzo competitivo, ne sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto (ah, non si occupano di rilegature, ma hanno comunque risolto il mio problema con una dignitosa rilegatura a spirale; questo è problem solving). Maybe a little difficult to achieve, but I was able to count on professionalism and experience to save a rather bulky and reduced textbook in pitiful conditions (literally broken in two, among other things). I got a competent service at a competitive price, I was fully satisfied with it (ah, they don't deal with bindings, but they still solved my problem with a dignified spiral binding; this is problem solving).

Ho chiesto una semplice stampa in A4, partendo da un file PDF, che, onestamente era fatto male non avendo considerato i margini, e per questo mi son preso la mia giusta dose d'insulti. Ma sti c...i, non faccio questo di lavoro, quindi boia, un po' di comprensione. Non facendo questo di lavoro, so che però estraendo il file in JPEG ed inserendolo in un semplice file Word si poteva sistemare la faccenda, ma mi è stato detto che non usano il programma Word perché "è un programma da ufficio" (aveva l'icona sul desktop, quindi non ha avuto voglia). Le premessa era comunque che non mi serviva una stampa di qualità. Sono poi andato nell'altro posto in zona 'incontro" a San Donato, uguale trattamento, ma la recensione completa gliela faccio direttamente nella sua pagina. Quindi, sono andato al super, ho comprato la cartuccia a colori e me la sono fatta a casa in 5 minuti. Se ci fosse stato Ermanno sarebbe stata tutta un'altra musica. Con professionalità e gentilezza avrebbe risolto tutto in due minuti. Short review: rudeness and lack of availability. Full Review: If you need to get your ego down a bit this is the place for you. I asked for a simple A4 print, starting from a PDF file, which honestly was badly done not having considered the margins, and for this I took my fair share of insults. But sti c ... i, I don't do this job, so hangman, a little understanding. Not doing this work, I know that extracting the JPEG file and inserting it into a simple Word file could fix the matter, but I was told they don't use the Word program because "it's an office program" (it had the icon on the desktop, so he didn't feel like it). The premise, however, was that I didn't need a quality print. I then went to the other place in the 'rendezvous' area in San Donato, the same treatment, but I can do the complete review directly on his page. So, I went to the super, bought the color cartridge and made it at home in 5 minutes. If there had been Ermanno it would have been a whole other music. With professionalism and kindness he would have solved everything in two minutes.
