Cercavo con mio marito una caldaia a pellet, ma chiedavamo anche assistenza e risposte alle domande che ci ponevamo. Ho trovato una signora disponibile, preparata e pronta a rispondere a tutte le domande.Abbiamo concluso subito, senza neanche consultarci. La caldaia è stata montata qualche giorno fa e sono rimasta impressionata dalla professionalità di tutti, nessuno escluso. La caldaia non entrava dalla porta ma il. Signor Giampiero ha risolto molto tranquillamente affidandosi a dei robot che riuscivano a spostare e girare la caldaia fino a riuscire a metterla a posto. Non sono riuscita a documentare con foto e video perché ero rimasta senza parole nel vedere con quanta destrezza Giampiero e il suo staff erano attenti ad ogni minimo particolare. Uno staff da lodare, per educazione pulizia gentilezza e attenzione nei dettagli. Top! I met Silvia Altavilla out of curiosity after reading some reviews on their products. I found a lady available, prepared and ready to answer all questions, we concluded immediately, without even consulting. The boiler was mounted a few days ago and I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone, without exception. The boiler did not enter the door but the. Mr. Giampiero solved it very quietly by relying on robots that were able to move and turn the boiler until it was able to put it in place. I was unable to document with photos and videos because I was speechless to see with how much dexterity Giampiero and his staff were attentive to every single detail.
