I had a problem with a mixer of the bidet I was welcomed in the company with cordiality and I was replaced (maybe out of warranty) without any problem, I was amazed by the seriousness to the Japanese, congratulations!

E dopo tre settimane sto ancora aspettando i ricambi doccia
Bad experience; thermostatic shower mixer unit that after less than a year no longer closes and continuously draws water; bidet faucet that loosens the lever to close / open, that of the sink that creaks when opened. And after three weeks, I'm still waiting for shower replacements
