★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vi comprate assolutamente fima Frattini azienda e rappresentante poco seri sto dal mese di dicembre del 2020 dopo aver contattato prima il rappresentante tramite il venditore facendo vedere i rubinetti che si erano tolti la cromatura da sopra dopo un anno,disse che si dovevano sostituire dopo vari solleciti niente poi contattai l'azienda e anche loro più poco seri del rappresentante mi dissero che arrivavano dal negoziante e ancora oggi non mi è arrivato niente e non mi hanno fatto sapere niente dopo aver speso 50 euro a rubinetto sono una vergogna totale.
 Absolutely do not buy fima Frattini company and not very serious representative since December 2020 after first contacting the representative through the seller showing the taps that had removed the chrome plating from above after a year, he said that they had to be replaced after several ask for nothing then I contacted the company and even they more not serious than the representative told me that they came from the shopkeeper and still today nothing has arrived and they did not let me know anything after spending 50 euros per tap I am a total shame.

sconsigliato vivamente l'acquisto prodotti considerando anche i prezzi poco modici

Seit nunmehr 11 Jahren habe ich 12 Armaturen in meinem Haus verbaut und bis dato lediglich 2 Kartuschen tauschen müssen und das auch nur weil wir extrem kalkhaltiges Wasser haben . Investiert habe ich dafür je 24,50€ was wir ich für absolut angemessen halte .
Ergo: kann ich wärmsten empfehlen. Jedem.

Price / performance: good to very very good. For 11 years now, I have installed 12 fittings in my house and so far only had to replace 2 cartridges and only because we have extremely hard water. I invested € 24.50 each for this, which I think is absolutely appropriate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato anche io presso un rivenditore ufficiale, dopo pochi mesi la cromatura è completamente rovinata ,presenta graffi dappertutto ed e opaca.
Il rivenditore da la colpa all ‘acqua calcarosa ma in realtà non ho mai avuto danni simili con altre rubinetterie che ho anche da decenni.
Sconsiglio vivamente considerando anche la cifra piuttosto elevata .

The retailer blames the limestone water but in reality I have never had similar damage with other faucets that I have also had for decades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach gut einem Jahr löst sich der Chrom, obwohl die Armaturen korrekt und laut Pflegeanleitung gereinigt wurden. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!
The chrome comes off after a year or so, although the fittings have been cleaned correctly and in accordance with the care instructions. Absolutely not recommendable!

Nach der Google Bewertung hat sich tatsächlich ein Vertreter der Firma Fima Carlo Frattini bei uns gemeldet. Für entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten haben wir sehr zeitnah ein Ersatzteil erhalten, welches wir heute zum Glück vor dem tauschen der gesamten Batterie samt Fliesen einbauen konnten. Nun haben wir wieder eine funktionsfähige Dusche. Vielen Dank dafür.
Original: Trotz vieler Versuche Kontakt aufzunehmen um die richtigen Ersatzteile für die Unterputz Mischbatterie wieder instand zu setzen, erhält man leider keinerlei Rückmeldung. Nun sind wir wohl gezwungen, die Mischbatterie samt Fliesen zu tauschen, nur weil der Hersteller leider null reagiert. Die Kontaktversuche haben wir über das offizielle Kontaktformular abgesetzt, sowohl auf Englisch als auch auf deutsch. Falls das also jemand von Fima liest, freue ich mich auf eine Reaktion! Vielen Dank
Update after weeks:
According to the Google rating, a representative from Fima Carlo Frattini actually contacted us. For any inconvenience caused, we received a spare part very promptly, which we fortunately were able to install today before replacing the entire battery including the tiles. Now we have a functional shower again. Thanks a lot for this.
Original: Despite many attempts to contact us to repair the correct spare parts for the concealed mixer tap, we unfortunately do not receive any feedback. Now we are probably forced to replace the mixer tap including the tiles, just because the manufacturer unfortunately does not react. We made the contact attempts via the official contact form, both in English and in German. So if anyone from Fima reads this, I look forward to your response! Many Thanks
