★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una parete modello cortina color magnolia il 09.12.19 e mi è stata consegnata il giorno 03.03.2020.
Il mobile e presentava diverse imperfezioni di laccatura nelle ante nonché un ripiano sbeccato. Fatta la segnalazione al venditore, ho avuto la sostituzione del ripiano sbeccato e delle ante a gennaio 2021.
Inutile dire che il mobile è ancora inutilizzato poiché dalla fabbrica hanno inviato 4 cassetti completamente diversi dal modello ordinato....le ante che presentavano anche essere problemi di laccatura sono state inviate con gli stessi difetti....
Ad oggi attendo che questa ditta, che passa per una ditta che fa mobili di qualità, possa riuscire ad inviarmi i pezzi mancanti con una laccatura uniforme.
Molto delusa, la sconsiglio vivamente. Passi l'errore iniziale ma nn la reiterazione. Allego foto
I purchased a magnolia colored curtain wall on 09.12.19 and it was delivered to me on 03.03.2020.
The cabinet and had several lacquer imperfections in the doors as well as a chipped shelf. After reporting to the seller, I had the chipped shelf and doors replaced in January 2021.
It goes without saying that the cabinet is still unused as from the factory they sent 4 drawers completely different from the ordered model .... the doors which also had lacquer problems were sent with the same defects ....
To date, I am waiting for this company, which passes for a company that makes quality furniture, to be able to send me the missing pieces with a uniform lacquer.
Very disappointed, I strongly advise against it. You pass the initial error but not the reiteration. I attach photos
