★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attraverso la ditta Cambielli edilfriuli ho acquistato un mobile bagno completo con lavabo in tecnoril opaco ed uno specchio .
Per quanto riguarda il sottolavabo niente da eccepire anche se lo consegnano con le ante che devono essere registrate e se non siete esperti armatevi di tanta pazienza; per lo specchio è stato necessario rifare l'impianto elettrico: faceva saltare il salvavita...., triste nota il lavello. Bellissimo ad un primo sguardo ed al tatto.......ma se avete la sfortuna di averlo montato in corrispondenza della finestra e lo guardate in controluce si vedono i passaggi della levigatura.
Contestato, verificato a domicilio da un loro rappresentante che ha provveduto ad inviare al tecnico le foto La risposta? > ( con tanto di scheda tecnica ed istruzioni). Dopo lavaggio? : > . ma chi lo vuole lucido, io l'ho scelto opaco.......... >. Mandato email: dopo una settimana sono ancora in attesa di venir contattata : le ferie?.........

Anche se la ditta Cambielli mi ha assicurato che mi sostituirà il lavabo a sue spese ma sono scettica perchè devo comunque riacquistarlo da Azzura

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato presso Cambielli edilfriuli una loro composizione per bagno, dopo 1 anno e mezzo i cassetti del mobile si sono gonfiati e crepati in più punti. Segnalato problema mi dicono che la colpa è mia che bagno il mobile con acqua (come prendessi a secchiate il mobile) , mi viene proposto di riverniciare il mobile a mie spese. Ah dimenticavo, per avere una risposta riguardo il problema segnalato ho aspettato 4 mesi e ancora mi si chiede pazienza. Vedo che anche altri clienti hanno il mio stesso problema. Prodotto a prezzo fuori mercato, spacciato per prodotto di qualità quando in realtà non lo è. Mi rimaneva vernice sul panno umido di acqua già dalla prima volta che l'ho pulito ........ Sconsiglio vivamente ..........prodotto pessimo come il servizio post vendita. Cliente preso in giro

Dopo neanche un anno la vernice di uno sportello si gonfia in più punti... chiedo cortesemente la sostituzione, mi dicono che la colpa è mia e lo devo riverniciare a mie spese da loro. Le guide fanno pena, è talmente peso che i cassetti si aprono appena. Qualità prezzo pessima a parere mio. Complimenti per l assistenza clienti ???? Mai più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto un loro mobile con doppio lavabo ad incasso, con rivestimento soft touch purtroppo mi è arrivato danneggiato ed ho impiegato un sacco di tempo per far valere le mie ragioni e vedermelo sostituito.
Inoltre anche il top in geacryl è arrivato abb sbreccato così come una delle due mensole su misura e NON c'è stato verso di far valere le mie ragioni e di avere i prodotti integri per i quali ho pagato NON POCO. Hanno sempre negato la loro responsabilità. Questo a detta del loro concessionario di Modena Unicom.
Pessimi nel rapporto con i clienti e pessimi nel controllo qualità.
Anche perchè 3 su 3 direi che sia una bella media da battere!

They have always denied their responsibility. This according to their concessionaire in Modena Unicom.
Bad in customer relations and bad in quality control.
Also because 3 out of 3 I would say it is a good average to beat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistiamo 2 mobili bagno della serie lime ma ci accorgiamo che dopo il montaggio presentano un difetto di allineamento dei cassetti. A questo punto, su suggerimento del venditore, contattiamo l'assistenza che manda una persona. Questa persona si presenta senza mascherina e sin da subito non ci fornisce informazioni, se non nel ribadire che in caso di errore nel montaggio dovevamo pagare. Come se il problema non fosse aiutare il cliente. Comunque, dopo 5 minuti di lavoro a porta semi chiusa non ci fornisce informazioni sul tipo di intervento e con fare arrogante e irritante mette anche in dubbio la mia professionalità lavorativa. Non è possibile che un'azienda che produce mobili di qualità si possa affidare a tali persone. Sono delusissimo. Dopo le mie rimostranze e dopo che ho avvertito che avrei pubblicato dei post sull'accaduto, mi è stato risposto che azzurra vende più di 10000 mobili e che quindi se ne infischiava delle mie lamentele. Sconsigliatissimo

After my grievances and after I warned that I would publish some posts about the incident, I was told that Azzurra sells more than 10,000 pieces of furniture and therefore did not care about my complaints.
