★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulizia impeccabile stanza piccola, ma come da foto, anche la proprietaria è stato molto gentile. il bagno, che nel nostro caso era privato ma esterno ( come da descrizione) era molto pulito.
Il beb è nel centro è molto comodo per cenare.
C'è da aggiungere dai 10 ai 15 euro al giorno per il parcheggio (10 con la convenzione del BeB).
Siamo stati in contatto per telefono con la proprietaria che è stata a totale disposizione, ma che non abbiamo mai visto.
Per le chiavi e checkin e checkout abbiamo avuto contatti con il bar di fronte che però ci ha riservato un'accoglieza piuttosto scocciata e poco piacevole.
 Impeccable cleanliness small room, but as in the photo, the owner was also very kind. the bathroom, which in our case was private but external (as described) was very clean.
The beb is in the center is very convenient for dining.
There is to add from 10 to 15 euros per day for parking (10 with the agreement of the BeB).
We were in contact by phone with the owner who was totally available, but we never saw.
For the keys and checkin and checkout we had contact with the bar opposite which, however, gave us a rather annoyed and unpleasant welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordiali e disponibili , camera molto bella e accogliente con vista mare, prezzo molto contenuto ... Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole passare un weekend a Gaeta di fermarsi in questo B&B
Friendly and helpful, very nice and cozy room with sea view, very low price ... I highly recommend for those who want to spend a weekend in Gaeta to stop at this B&B

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima posizione nel borgo medievale. 5 Min. di macchina per la spiaggia. La camera ricevuta non proprio quella come da prenotazione (de luxe) provvista di divano e con bagno diverso. Colazione inesistente.
Excellent location in the medieval village. 5 Min. Drive to the beach. The room received is not exactly the one as booked (de luxe) with a sofa and a different bathroom. Non-existent breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura gode di un'ottima posizione al centro di Gaeta.
Mara è stata molto gentile, disponibile ed esaustiva.
La stanza che ci è stata assegnata (n 6) è priva di finestra sia in camera che in bagno e da quest'ultimo fuoriesce un cattivo odore...il materasso andrebbe sostituito immediatamente perché si avvertono tutte le "molle".
The property enjoys an excellent location in the center of Gaeta.
Mara was very kind, helpful and thorough.
The room that has been assigned to us (No. 6) has no window both in the bedroom and in the bathroom and a bad smell comes out of the latter ... the mattress should be replaced immediately because you can feel all the "springs".

The host does not speak English, made mistakes at booking, said yes to requirements that we asked for , but indeed didn't understand our questions, like the private parking and we needed to park at public parking. The house is bad, bathroom definitely needs repair. One room has only small bed nightstands. One of pillows was awful. The tax was not specified at booking and we needed to pay in addition, price higher it was in booking. This is the worst accomodation I had

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried this B&B for the second time, and I must say it is a real bargain. The rooms have been always very spacious (something that you usually can not find with such a low price) , with a clean wide bathroom. Everything looks fancy and clean. The Wifi is okay. The location is awesome, very close to the sea and the historical city center. There’re multiple restaurants and cafes around, and also a Cotral bus station. The owner is very gentle and offered also the private parking area in case we come by car. Easy to contact as they answer on private messages on Whatsapp. This B&B will always be our first choice place to stay each time we visit Gaeta.
