La signora Marina una forza della natura sempre pronta a fornire consigli e suggerimenti. Consigliatissimo! We stayed in this b & b on the occasion of the illuminations, a very convenient location a stone's throw from the center. Clean, comfortable, hearty breakfast. Ms. Marina is a force of nature always ready to provide advice and suggestions. Highly recommended!

Siamo stati ospiti per un fine settimana e abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza calorosa e attenta.camere pulitissime e profumate,colazione abbondante e addirittura servita al tavolo.cornetti caldi portati dal gestore di buon mattino,il quale ha anche provveduto ad accompagnarci poi in spiaggia con la sua auto.il bagno provvisto di phon,copriwater e di tutto il necessario per la toeletta.che dire,non potevamo chiedere di più. Prezzi super onesti. Complimenti! A small but delightful structure managed impeccably. We were guests for a weekend and we received a warm and attentive welcome. Spotless and fragrant rooms, hearty breakfast and even served at the table. his car. the bathroom equipped with hairdryer, toilet seat and everything you need for the toilet. what to say, we could not ask for more. P	Patrizia Trainini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il BB è estremamente pulito: forse il posto più pulito dove io sia mai stata. nel box doccia non c’è una goccia di calcare neanche se la cerchi. Quando si entra, si viene accolti da un buon profumo e l’aria “sembra pulita”, tipica degli ambienti puliti con regolarità. Ogni dettaglio è curato e ricercato: mobili nuovi, il materasso molto confortevole, le lenzuola perfettamente stirate, la presenza di un phon vero in bagno, rotoli di carta igienica in più a disposizione senza dover chiedere, un paio di fili per stendere i costumi con delle mollette (nuove pure quelle) doppio cuscino, uno alto e uno basso (e uno in più nell’armadio) set di asciugamani morbidissimi a disposizione, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante e Wi-Fi VELOCISSIMO, talmente veloce che ho fatto uno speed test per vedere a quanto andasse. La posizione è splendida: si è a pochi passi sia dalla passeggiata sul lungomare che dalla spiaggia del Serapo. La colazione è abbondante e servita nella sala comune dove si trovano riviste, libri, tv e diverse guide per girare la zona. Lo staff è meraviglioso: Mario e Marina, i proprietari sono gentili e discreti, sempre pronti per un consiglio per rendere la vacanza a Gaeta indimenticabile: nel nostro caso, ci sono riusciti! Consigliatissimo! The BB is extremely clean: possibly the cleanest place I've ever been. there is not a drop of limestone in the shower cubicle even if you are looking for it. When you enter, you are greeted by a good scent and the air "seems clean", typical of regularly cleaned rooms. Every detail is cared for and refined: new furniture, a very comfortable mattress, perfectly ironed sheets, the presence of a real hairdryer in the bathroom, extra toilet paper rolls available without having to ask, a couple of lines to hang the swimsuits with clothespins (new ones as well) double pillow, one high and one low (and one more in the closet) set of very soft towels available, fully functional air conditioning and VERY FAST Wi-Fi, so fast that I did a speed test for see how far it went. The location is splendid: you are within walking distance of both the seafront promenade and the Serapo beach. The breakfast is plentiful and served in the common room where there are magazines, books, TV and various guides to get around the area. The staff is wonderful: Mario and Marina, the owners are kind and discreet, always ready for advice to make your holiday in Gaeta unforgettable: in our case, they succeeded! Highly recommended!
A	Antonella Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur avendo tutte le premesse per essere un posto accogliente e ben posizionato per la vista delle luminarie...siamo poi rimaste deluse da alcune reazioni del proprietario che si è perso di fronte ad una situazione di emergenza che ha colpito una di noi. Peccato sembrava una persona molto più sensibile invece ci è parso più interessato alla recensione che alle condizioni di salute della nostra malcapitata amica. Despite having all the prerequisites to be a welcoming and well positioned place for the view of the lights ... we were then disappointed by some reactions of the owner who got lost in the face of an emergency situation that hit one of us. Too bad he seemed a much more sensitive person instead he seemed more interested in the review than in the health conditions of our unfortunate friend.

C	Chris Price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing experience! Velia B&B is one of the nicest places I've stayed in Italy! Marina and Mario, the proprietors, are charming, responsive, reliable and make amazing hosts. Besides normal things like recommending local restaurants and walks, Marina also helped us book a little boat to tour to see the sights from the water and swim at otherwise inaccessible beaches! Breakfast is incredible! Fresh pastries, yogurt, fruit and plenty of drink options. Not to forget the homemade cappuccinos that keep coming through breakfast! The rooms are small and clean. A shared bathroom keeps the cost down but there was never a wait. It feels incredibly homey. Location is absolutely perfection! A block away from live music, bars, restaurants and activities. So you can get to anything by foot in about 5 minutes, but the street outside is quiet and calm. Book your trip here!
