★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premettendo che gia l anno scorso ho avuto con gli stessi un esperienza simile. Ho noleggiato una macchina precisando che ci sarei dovuta arrivare a napoli. Mi hanno dato una macchina vecchissima che dopo neanche un ora di viaggio si è fermata. Ho chiamato il numero verde dell assistenza alle 19.30 che mi ha mandato un carroattrezzi alle 21.00. Mi hanno scaricata al deposito opel piu vicino(cassino) alle 21.30 dicendomi che a breve sarebbe arrivato sul posto un taxi che mi avrebbe riportato o a casa o all hotel piu vicino. Il taxi è arrivato all 1 di notte. Hanno lasciato una donna con due animali domestici e tutti i bagagli per ben 4ore in un deposito di camionisti senza illuminazione dove sono stata amche importunata. Quando è arrivato il taxi ho dovuto anche pagare 150€.piu tutti i bagagli che ho dovuto lasciare sul posto perche nn entravano nel taxi. Il pedaggio dell autostrada e la benzina inutilizzata. Non mi è stato risarcito nulla.
 Assuming that already last year I had a similar experience with them. I hired a car stating that I would have to get there in Naples. They gave me a very old car that stopped after an hour of travel. I called the toll-free number for assistance at 7.30 pm who sent me a wrecker at 9.00 pm. They dumped me at the nearest opel depot (cassino) at 9.30pm telling me that a taxi would soon arrive on the spot that would take me back either to the house or to the nearest hotel. The taxi arrived at 1am. They left a woman with two pets and all the luggage for 4 hours in a truck driver's depot without lighting where I was also harassed. When the taxi arrived I also had to pay € 150 plus all the bags I had to leave on the spot because they didn't get into the taxi. Highway toll and unused petrol. I have not been compensated for anything.
