Non metto il voto massimo perché ho telefonato 15 e 12 minuti prima che l'agenzia chiudesse, ma già scattava continuamente la segreteria telefonica col messaggio che comunicava gli orari di apertura/chiusura dell'agenzia.
The employee I dealt with was very professional and very friendly. I do not put the maximum rating because I phoned 15 and 12 minutes before the agency closed, but the answering machine was already going off continuously with the message that communicated the opening / closing times of the agency.
