Gentile Signore, devo già registrare che il Suo invito, contrariamente alla mia giusta recensione negativa, mi giunge in maniera assolutamente anonima, in realtà non so chi mi scrive, Lei sa chi sono io. Ad ogni buon conto prendo atto di quanto Lei mi scrive e ovviamente sono spiacente se la Società di cui Lei scrive è stato oggetto di una truffa. Le ricordo che grazie all'intervento dell'IVASS, che denunciava irregolarità in capo alla Società di cui trattiamo, sono riuscito ad evitare di essere truffato. Sono ben lieto se di sapere che siete riusciti a salvaguardare il Vostro buon nome e Vi auguro di avere superato ormai ogni problema. Non credo di dover modificare il giudizio da me espresso in quel momento storico e con i dati che avevo acquisito in quella fase di controllo dei miei diritti, pertanto lo lascio immutato e non mi tange la Vostra richiesta di modifica "bonaria" . I fatti che mi venivano rappresentati in quel momento mi tutelano in ogni qualsivoglia sede.

I am delighted to hear that you have managed to safeguard your good name and I wish you to have overcome every problem by now. I do not think I have to change the opinion I expressed at that historical moment and with the data I had acquired in that phase of control of my rights, therefore I leave it unchanged and do not disturb your "good-natured" change request. The facts that were represented to me at that moment protect me in every place.
