★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mia madre fu offerto un servizio di carro attrezzi da implementare sull'assicurazione, servizio che ovviamente paga. L'altro giorno è finita con la ruota posteriore lungo un dirupo, ed ha ovviamente chiamato il carro attrezzi per farla rimettere su strada. Il carro attrezzi una volta sul posto è riuscita a farla precipitare nel dirupo. Ovviamente macchina da buttare. Ci siamo rivolti all'assicurazione, visto che è un servizio che paghiamo a loro, i quali ovviamente declinano ogni responsabilità sull'accaduto.
Morale della favola, ci toccherà rivolgerci ad un avvocato per esser risarciti di un danno causato da chi dovrebbe tutelarci. I soldi li prendono, ma le responsabilità le aborrano.
Siamo in 5 in famiglia ad essea assicurati con loro, le toglieremo tutte e cinque. Esser truffato non piace a nessuno!
My mother was offered a tow truck service to be implemented on the insurance, which obviously pays. The other day she ended up with the rear wheel down a cliff, and she obviously called the tow truck to get it back on the road. Once there, the tow truck managed to knock her down the cliff. Obviously machine to throw away. We turned to insurance, since it is a service that we pay to them, who obviously decline any responsibility for what happened.
Moral of the story, we will have to turn to a lawyer to be compensated for damage caused by those who should protect us. Money takes it, but responsibility abhors it.
We are 5 in the family to be insured with them, we will remove all five. Nobody likes being scammed!
