Si consiglia di presentarsi accompagnati da testimoni, o da un avvocato.

While Google Maps keeps marking it as open, you'll find a boarded door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used the ATM and my friend's debit card was swallowed up and would not come out. The employees inside would not get out to communicate with us when we signaled them from outside that there had been a problem (the doors were closed for Covid reasons) and just signaled us to wait. After 30 minutes of waiting under the sun, the door was finally open to us so we entered and they told us with a condescending tone that the debit card had been destroyed and that they could not do anything to help.
Ignoring the fact that their machine caused major problems for us, this information could have been given to us immediately after the incident if they had bothered to come out and say it to us in an instant without us having to waste our time after we signaled to them and waited for 30 minutes.
Avoid the ATM at all costs and don't expect a good service inside.
