Noto all'istante un assurdo atteggiamento irritante da parte della signora che mi riceve. “Savoir faire” da latte alle ginocchia e toni bacchettanti alla “Crudelia Demon”. Il vile siparietto persiste oltremisura, nonostante il coinvolgimento di un collega, fortunatamente dai modi misurati; viste le delicatezze, tolgo il disturbo rinunciando alla conclusione del preventivo. Un'ora dopo sono alla Allianz di Cuorgné, dove oltre al preventivo (Alleluiah) riesco a sottoscrivere subito le 2 polizze. Qui al contrario, sono di casa cortesia, risolutezza e quel sorriso che ogni buon cliente si aspetterebbe.
