Potrei essere di parte perchè l'ho visto nascere come professionista, è però chiaro dalla sola proposta dei piatti che è un professionista attento alle materie prime che sono assolutamente di prima qualità. I piatti sono sempre nuovi e creativi, è però pronto ad accontentare anche chi ha temporanei problemi di dieta e deve accontentarsi.. Una cucina eccellente in ogni aspetto, un menù vasto che si chiude con dolci superlativi. La carta dei vini è interessante. E' un locale per chi ricerca una cucina che è arte. Alex is a star chef, and with that I should have said it all. I could be biased because I saw him born as a professional, but it is clear from the single proposal of the dishes that he is a professional attentive to raw materials that are absolutely top quality. The dishes are always new and creative, but he is ready to satisfy even those who have temporary diet problems and must be satisfied .. An excellent cuisine in every aspect, a vast menu that ends with superlative desserts. The wine list is interesting. It is a place for those looking for a cuisine that is art.
