★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio Post Vendita pessimo, abbiamo ricevuto il prodotto graffiato e ci è stato risposto dopo X solleciti, che un graffietto cosi non è niente di grave. Consigliano di portare il prodotto da un carrozziere per risolvere il problema. Il produttore non avrebbe tempo di sostituire il prodotto. Risposta ridicola da un certo Fabio. Da evitare.....!
Bad after-sales service, we received the scratched product and we were replied after X reminders, that a scratch like this is nothing serious. They recommend taking the product to a body shop to solve the problem. The manufacturer would not have time to replace the product. Ridiculous answer from a certain Fabio. To avoid .....!

A website, yes, but with a very appreciable human side. After I ordered my donut fryer, they contacted me to tell me the delivery times and ask me what gas I was going to use, in order to fit the right burners ... Thank you Allforfood!
