★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! Metto una stella xké di meno non è possibile! Qualche anno fa un mio amico che lavora tutt'oggi presso Alleanza assicurazioni mi consigliò di fare una polizza risparmio....ho deciso di accettare la proposta e inizialmente ero molto soddisfatto! Poi purtroppo gli è stata cambiata la zona e i clienti da seguire, da qui un continuo cambio di agenti.... Addirittura ero seguito dall'agenzia di Piazzola sul Brenta e improvvisamente e senza avviso mi son ritrovato sotto l'Agenzia di Padova.... gli ultimi due agenti purtroppo non sono stato x nulla soddisfatto! Anzi...
Insistenti nel propormi di fare anche il tfr con loro, contro la mia volontà....ho chiesto un riscatto parziale e anche qui continuavano ad insistere che facessi il tfr o la prenotazione del tfr , che a me e a personale competente in materia esterno a tale agenzia nn risulta sia possibile fare una prenotazione anzi! Nel richiedere un secondo riscatto parziale mi è stato detto che devono essere autorizzati perché nn era passato l'anno dal primo prelievo parziale ma se avessi fatto il tfr ci sarebbero stati maggiori motivi di giustificazione x loro ad ottenere il consenso al riscatto... Pazzesco !!! così ho scelto di chiudere definitivamente la polizza perdendo così un cliente....e di certo non la consiglio assolutamente! Che dire ...molto deluso! Da personale insistente e nn corretto a mio parere!

In requesting a second partial redemption I was told that they must be authorized because the year had not passed since the first partial withdrawal but if I had made the severance pay there would have been greater reasons for justification for them to obtain consent to the redemption ... Crazy !!! so I chose to permanently close the policy thus losing a customer .... and I certainly do not recommend it at all! What can I say ... very disappointed! From persistent and correct staff in my opinion!
