Ho acquistato da loro una muta e mi era stato promesso dal titolare avrebbero eseguito loro il lavoro di stringimento maniche gratuitamente; per far eseguire il lavoro hanno impiegato oltre 3 mesi (tutte le volte che telefonavo per avere info mi dicevano che mi avrebbero richiamata loro e poi non richiamavano mai) e, al momento del ritiro mi hanno chiesto 20 euro di riparazione. Non ci torneremo più!
Seriousness with zero customer! I bought a wetsuit from them and it was promised by the owner that they would do the sleeve tightening work for free; to get the job done they took over 3 months (every time I phoned to get info they told me they would call me back and then they never called back) and, at the time of the retreat they asked me for 20 euro of repair. We won't be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono un principiante del kitesurf. sono andato in questo negozio anche perché è vicino a casa con uno strappo al mio kite. mi avevano fatto un preventivo di 30-40 euro e poi se ne sono usciti con 140 euro +15 euro di trasporto senza neanche avvisarmi. penso l'abbiano inviato non so a chi per farlo ricucire. il motivo era che avevano fatto lavori in più sulla vela per sbaglio... non ci si comporta così... come perdere clienti... non tornerò più lì...
p.s. sulla nota spese c'era scritto 15 euro di trasporto andata e 15 euro di trasporto ritorno. Uno dei titolari mi ha detto: " vabbè 15 li mettiamo a carico di un altro" ... Altrimenti mi avrebbero messo solo di trasporto 30 euro. Mah... un po' più di serietà non guasterebbe!!!
I'm a beginner in kitesurfing. I also went to this shop because it is close to home with a tear on my kite. they had made me an estimate of 30-40 euro and then they came out with 140 euro +15 euro of transport without even notifying me. I think they sent it I don't know who to mend it. the reason was that they had done more work on the sail by mistake ... it doesn't behave like this ... like losing customers ... I won't go back there ...
P.S. on the expense report it was written 15 euros for one way and 15 euros for return. One of the owners told me: "oh well 15 we will pay them to another" ... Otherwise they would have put me only 30 euro transport. Well ... a little more seriousness wouldn't hurt !!!
