Absolutely shocking service and neglect by the waiting staff. Took 30 mins to get drinks and that is after asking 2 other waiters. The chicken cesar salad is horrendous- supermarket packet chicken that was watery and slippery and tasteless and the cesar dressing was not cesar flavour but a bright yellow sauce which was tasteless, dribbled over copious amounts of lettuce leaves. Overall a TERRIBLE experience for 60 euros. Go elsewhere!

Great view - sat outside overlooking the piazza. The food was delicious and the service was good. Great for a meal or drink.

The location when service were good, and the food was tasty, although honestly it wasn’t worth the prices. A coke here costs €6-7 and pasta ranges between €12-20. Definitely a bit of a tourist trap, but in this location it shouldn’t come as a surprise.

For tourists, pls be extra extra careful, this restaurant is dishonest when it comes to paying. What happen to us, they charged our card once and claim it didn't go thru. As we don't understand a word on the receipt other than the amount, they say it didn't go thru and ask us to give the card and charge it again. The manager was convincing and assure they won't double charged us. So we decided to trust them, when we step out of the restaurant, we felt we should double checked, we check our credit card app, true enough it was double charged and we went in and to ask the manager about it. At first he deny it was double charged until we showed him the our credit card bill app, so he had no choice but to refund us, even refunding us he paid us in cash, which in return we have to pay for the exchange rate of both bills. Other things to note, their waiters are extremely rude, we have 6 person, we asked for 8 seaters so we can put our bags, the waiter questioned us thoroughly why we need 8 seats, and insist we can only have 6 seats until other waiter came and gave us the 8 seats. And just to let you know, it was only half full the place. Food wise, everything Al dente style even the gnocchi. Food is very blend tasting and certainly over priced, pls note it is blend tasting, pepper and salt won't help. We took our chance on this restaurant as it was the only one that is not full, we clearly made a huge mistake. They serves us bread without the dishes for olive oil and balsamic, we had to grab a saucer just to pour it. Only upside about this place is the view, and mind you the view don't even belong to them. We are only in Siena for half a day and it's our first time, to be greeted with such service considering the price they charge. They are a shame to this beautiful place.

What can I say? The food is simply a delight... The vue of Piazza il Campo is magical and the stuff is super friendly! It's highly recommended! ? ? ??

I was here with friends and the service was so bad and slow. After we finished our meals we ask for check and the waitters gave us. We needed to pay an extra money beacuse they serving us..... not recommened also the food is only good for eat nothing special

It’s an ok restaurant with a nice view. The food is decent, but it took long to prepare. Staff was also alright, I enjoyed it.

We had fast and friendly service, good pizza and eye popping view. Yes, expensive… but what to expect: you pay the location!
