★ ★ ★ ★ ★ avevo chiamato un po' di giorni fa, per avere un suggerimento su un elettrodomestico che non faceva più il suo dovere, a parte che ho aspettato 6 giorni mentre mi aveva detto che sarebbe venuto il giorno dopo che ho chiesto assistenza e vabè, ma la cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio è che ho pagato ben 50 euro per la chiamata e 5 minuti di tempo da parte del tecnico per controllare il difetto. Mi è sembrato davvero caro, specialmente in questo periodo storico particolarmente difficile per tutti, un occhio di riguardo e un po' di astuzia per guadagnare la fiducia di un potenziale cliente, sarebbe si fruttuoso per un'azienda, evidentemente hanno già la pancia piena. 20\25 euro sarebbero state sufficienti
