Personale cordiale e molto preparato mi ha subito assistito. Nel dialogo ho intravisto una ebike Specialized usata. Ho chiesto il prezzo e alla fine è venuta a casa con me. Grazie per gli ottimi consigli e per l’onestà dimostrata la bici sta già macinando diversi KM I met this Specialized dealer by chance where I went to them for a quick repair of my ebike. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff immediately assisted me. In the dialogue I caught a glimpse of a used Specialized ebike. I asked for the price and she finally came home with me. Ho letto tanti post sulla cortesia o gentilezza , credo che sia molto soggettivo e comunque per tutti i giorni non son sempre allegri può capitare il giorno che ti girano in più credo ( venendo io da Firenze) che anche il carattere un po' chiuso di qui faccia la sua parte. Detto ciò io credo che se uno va in questo posto non sia per trovare gente " simpatica e felice" ma competente e onesta. Io mi son trovato benissimo con tutti e due , mi hanno spiegato tutto e mi hanno trattato benissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Poi come diceva Max Allegri se vuoi divertirti non andare a vedere una partita di calcio....vai al circo. I'm on vacation and they gave me a dream to do the legendary zoncolan !!!! I have read many posts on courtesy or kindness, I think it is very subjective and in any case for every day they are not always cheerful it can happen the day that you turn more I think (coming from Florence) that even the somewhat closed character of here do your part. Having said that, I believe that if one goes to this place it is not to find "nice and happy" people but to find competent and honest people. I had a great time with both of them, they explained everything to me and treated me very well. I highly recommend it. Then, as Max Allegri said, if you want to have fun, don't go to a football match .... go to the circus.

I responsabili del negozio mi avevano garantito (a voce) che la Specialized Levo fosse una bicicletta idonea a fare il Crostis da Arta Terme. Invece dopo 40 km e 1500m di dislivello, la mia bici si è spenta. Così mi sono trovata in salita sola e senza alcuna assistenza. È fondamentale che un esercizio commerciale tuteli i propri clienti e che ne salvaguardi l'incolumità. La mia vacanza è stata rovinata. TOTALLY NEGATIVE experience! I felt deeply embittered. The shop managers had assured me (verbally) that the Specialized Levo was a bicycle suitable for making Crostis from Arta Terme. Instead, after 40 km and 1500m in altitude, my bike turned off. So I found myself uphill alone and without any assistance. It is essential that a business protects its customers and that it safeguards their safety. My vacation was ruined.

Arriviamo a Tolmezzo il venerdì sera , pronti per la Carnia Classic prevista per la domenica successiva , quando ci accorgiamo di un problema al freno anteriore della bici . Chiamiamo il negozio che ci invita a portargli la bici per provare a sistemarla la mattina successiva . Alle 10 di sabato mattina la bici era pronta . Ho potuto affrontare la gara grazie al tempestivo intervento e alla professionalità dei ragazzi di Tutto Moto e Bike e cosi classificarmi 3° di categoria . CONSIGLIATISSIMO soprattutto per la grande gentilezza e professionalità . A presto ! UNIQUE! We arrive in Tolmezzo on Friday evening, ready for the Carnia Classic scheduled for the following Sunday, when we notice a problem with the front brake of the bike. We call the shop that invites us to bring him the bike to try to fix it the next morning. At 10 on Saturday morning the bike was ready. I was able to tackle the race thanks to the timely intervention and professionalism of the guys from Tutto Moto e Bike and thus classified myself 3rd in the category. Sottolineando che siamo addetti nel settore in quanto siamo i gestori dell'unico residence al mondo solo per ciclisti, rimaniamo sbigottiti di fronte a alcune recensioni negative per questo negozio che ci ha soddisfatto in ogni nostra richiesta da anni or sono. Hanno risolto problemi ai nostri clienti in giornata aiutandoci a non rovinare una vacanza ciclistica di clienti! Tutto sempre con Professionalita, competenza, cortesia da Eugenio e Emanuele! Forse il problema è in come chiedere le cose e che la cortesia la si ha solo quando dalla parte del cliente ne esiste esternando una sua richiesta! Troppe volte sentiamo la favola IO PAGO DUNQUE PRETENDO... se si pretende con SGARBO, tipico di molta gente oggi, forse dall'altra parte c'e' qualcuno che risponde per le rime e fa bene!
