A	Andrea Stefano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRASPARENZA E PROFESSIONALITA’ Mi sono affidato alla Ditta AllEnergy&Architecture trovata per caso nelle varie ricerche in rete, per beneficiare del ecobonus 110%, e devo dire che non potevo capitare meglio, mi hanno seguito in tutto a partire dalla scelta degli interventi più adatti alla mia abitazione, (sostituzione della vecchia caldaia gpl con un sistema ibrido Daikin, installazione dei pannelli solari SunPower 320 Black con batteria di accumulo Tesla Powerwall 2 + colonnina ricarica auto elettrica Wall Box), consiglio vivamente la Ditta in questione perché oltre allo staff Operativo molto professionale, competente e preparato, disponibile anche alle piccole banalità o fesserie importanti per il cliente, è supportata da uno staff organizzativo, Tecnico ed Amministrativo indispensabile nel districarsi nelle 1000 pratiche burocratiche che comportano i lavori e per accedere agli incentivi statali. Vorrei dare 10 stelle, 5 stelle per il personale Operativo di cantiere altamente qualificato e 5 stelle per il personale Tecnico ed Amministrativo sempre disponibile, competente e soprattutto sempre presente, sia se contattato telefonicamente o via mail, non potrò che descrivere positivamente la mia esperienza con Voi nell’ambito del passaparola e consigliare la Vostra Ditta. Hanno svolto un lavoro presso la mia abitazione installando una caldaia ibrida a condensazione e un impianto pannelli fotovoltaico con relative batteria di accumulo. Lavoro svolto con professionalità e soprattuto ordine e pulizia. Consiglio vivamente questa azienda esperta nel settore dell’energia rinnovabile. Really serious company. Dopo 11 mesi sto ancora aspettando l'installazione dei nuovi serramenti da parte di un'azienda terza da loro assegnata (senza possibilitá di scelta nostra). La colpa é ovviamente della azienda in primis, ma anche e soprattutto di All energy che non si cura di verificare e seguire il lavoro che appalta. Work started on energy efficiency with All energy. Il giorno dell'appuntamento non si presenta nessuno, chiamo per chiedere spiegazioni e dopo vari rimbalzi telefonici mi è stato staccato il telefono in faccia, richiamo e mi dicono che al ragazzo è andata la saliva di traverso (sono serio)quindi non era in grado di rispondere (ci sta, la salute prima di tutto, assolutamente, ma magari bastava non mettere giù la chiamata e chiedere del tempo, oppure lasciarmi semplicemente in attesa), però mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero richiamato. ho aspettato altri 3 giorni, ovviamente non mi ha richiamato nessuno, allora richiamo io per avere questo appuntamento/preventivo, a sto giro non mi hanno fissato l'appuntamento ma mi han mandato direttamente il preventivo, peccato che non avendomi chiesto più dettagli sull'abitazione l'esposizione calcolata dall'azienda non era corretta perchè han preso un tetto di riferimento sbagliato, a quel punto mi son stufato e ho optato per un altra ditta. servizio clienti pessimo, non discuto sul preventivo perchè era sbagliato, quindi non me la sento di criticarlo/consigliarlo.
