Ci arriva una teglia di Speck e Provola fredda con la provala "cruda" non sciolta. Chiamiamo il ristorante per capire come mai e senza pensarci due volte la ragazza ci dice che Speck e Provola è una pizza fredda, che è sempre stato così. Pensando fosse uno scherzo telefonico ci facciamo passare il pizzaiolo e quel genio ci dice la stessa cosa permettendosi pure di offendere. Passata la rabbia proviamo a mangiare e nulla, pure le patate crude. Un paio di stelle Michelin a quel ragazzo che fa la pizza migliore al mondo. Supplì pomodoro spesso insufficienti; pomodoro acido. Supplì cacio pepe buoni. Ovviamente prezzo alto, ma non è colpa loro. Approssimativi, molto molto male. The pizzas are simply delicious. Perhaps a bit of a wait compared to the booking, but it's worth it. Ortolana rich in vegetables, really excellent.
