Ad esempio io devo disdire il mio contratto per cambio casa, mi è stato detto che si fa solo con numero verde che è gratis solo da fisso, da cellulare sono 5 Euro ogni 2 minuti. Un'azienda che prende soldi dai cittadini e rende la vita difficile ai cittadini non ha senso di esistere.
Vi spiego la procedura di questa demenza senile legalizzata.
Devi chiamare numero verde dare tutti i dati, se va a buon fine ti danno l'appuntamento per la riconsegna dei bidoncini. Solo allora puoi venire in questo posto e se non esce qualche intoppo avrai concluso il percorso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Scarsi e inconcludenti. Non riesco a mettermi in contatto con loro perché cade continuamente la linea e devi ripartire dall' inizio ogni volta. Sono sei mesi che non c è verso chiudere un contratto per una nuova utenza. Continuo a differenziare ma poi nessuno passa a ritirare e sono costretta a gettare tutto nel bidone dei rifiuti indifferenziati. È una vergogna. Siamo nel 2021 e queste operazioni dovrebbero funzionare al meglio x garantire un servizio impeccabile che serve x la salvaguardia dell' ambiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da aprile cerco correttamente di capire dove conferire le bombolette di Co2 per gli erogatori domestici di acqua gassata. Nessuna risposta. Applicazione Junker che dà risultati inesatti. Operatrice del call center che mi dice di conferirli all’ecocentro dove vengo rispedito indietro. Nuovi tentativi; intanto le bombole si accumulano in casa. Siamo a ottobre, dopo tre telefonate, mi dicono che ritireranno le bombole a PAGAMENTO (ohilà un bel disincentivo per il
consumo di plastica) e mi faranno un preventivo. Alia è un PESSIMO OPERATORE PRIVATO che paghiamo già salato per lo
smaltimento dei rifiuti urbani: servizio un tempo pubblico, erogato porta a porta. Ora ci sono i bidoni interrati che hanno sfregiato il centro storico di Pistoia (5 orrendi sotto la Cupola della Madonna). Aggiungete personale sgarbato, sbrigativo e inconcludente. Spero che nel 2022 venga eletta un’amministrazione che dia una pedata nel sedere a questi arroganti, esosi e incapaci. E hanno pure il numero a pagamento.

Stamani mi hanno buttato davanti al portone due contenitori in tetrapack che, da loro istruzioni, avevo inserito nel sacco della plastica. Qualcuno li avverta di come devono fare il servizio. Bastava che li appoggiassero sul muretto, se ritenevano che non fossero correttamente inseriti. Invece hanno scagliato la roba per terra insieme ad un vasetto, che io avevo ritenuto di plastica ma che invece era di vetro. Il vasetto è andato in mille pezzi ed io non sono stata in grado di dividere il tappo in plastica dal vetro. Se sono nervosi si prendano una camomilla prima di uscire. Ed imparino a comportarsi
vetro dal tappo in plastica. Se i signori sono nervosi si.prendano la valeriana prima di uscire. Vergogna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio Devo fare a Pistoia una cessazione(causa morte della mia inquilina) Sanno dall'anagrafe che non è più residente ma incomprensibilmente non sanno dall anagrafe che è morta. Cerco inutilmente da Giugno per decine di volte di mettermi in contatto per avere informazioni, vedere se posso fare la pratica per telefono o avere un appuntamento. Ho aspettato anche 16 minuti "restate in attesa per non perdere la priorità acquisita". per poi sentirmi dire, arrivato il mio turno che gli operatori erano occupati e si pregava di richiamare. Ho provato a fare la pratica on line e, dopo un mese, non ho avuto nessuna risposta. Quando miracolosamente riesco ad avere appuntamento faccio la pratica ma dovrò pagare una penale perché i tempi utili sono scaduti.

Smontassi sto blocco lo facessi a pezzi piccoli e lo buttassi nel bidonino giallo in 7/8 settimane. Idem per le barre dì polistirolo laterali delle tv acquistate, non le hanno ritirate e hanno preteso che le facessi a pezzi per metterle a loro volta in altra plastica. Se le politiche so queste, cioè aumentare volume e rifiuti invece che usare il cervello spero ve lo revochino st appalto. Siete vergognosi e ottusi.

Ma.non siamo.nella.Chicago anni 30.... dove i Gangster facevano il bello e.il cattivo tempo con il Tomson alla mano.
Un dipendente nel.palese.torto non si comporta.in quel modo. Anzi deve aver rispetto delle basi della civiltà.
Le.leggi odierne non ci permettono di insegnare.a questi elementi... il giusto compromesso tra bene e.male.
