★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Algunder Waalweg ist einer der schönsten Waalwege in Südtirol. Man läuft die ganze Zeit mehr oder weniger in der Sonne oder im kühlen Schatten der Bäume und der Weinreben. Einige Gasthäuser laden unterwegs zu einer kurzen Rast ein. Wir sind diesen Weg schon sehr oft gelaufen, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so schön ist, so kann man trotzdem die herrliche Aussicht auf das Vinschgau und Meran genießen.
Der neu gestaltete Eingang vermeidet nun die Querung der Straße und durch den auch nachts und abends beleuchteten Tunnel wird man prima auf den Waalweg ein gestimmt.
The Algunder Waalweg is one of the most beautiful Waalweg trails in South Tyrol. You walk more or less in the sun or in the cool shade of the trees and vines all the time. Some inns invite you to take a short rest along the way. We have already walked this route many times, even if the weather is not so nice, you can still enjoy the wonderful view of the Vinschgau and Merano.
The newly designed entrance now avoids crossing the street and the tunnel, which is also illuminated at night and in the evening, is a great way to get in the mood for the Waalweg.
