Q	Qwene Qwenette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel tentare un acquisto di una casa ho fatto l assegno per la controproposta e sono spariti, ho dovuto telefonare io dopo 15 giorni per apprendere che erano in vacanza e che per mille euro non era andata in porto la compravendita. Ho chiesto di riavere il mio assegno ma devo aspettare che tornano dalle ferie. E se non li avessi chiamati,chissà secondo loro chi mi avrebbe messo al corrente del tutto...Il fatto è accaduto ad Isola del Liri. In trying to buy a house I made the check for the counter-offer and they disappeared, I had to call myself after 15 days to learn that they were on vacation and that for a thousand euros the sale had not gone through. I asked to get my check back but I have to wait until they get back from vacation. And if I hadn't called them, who knows who in their opinion would have informed me completely ... Pero, ho trovato che la relazione cliente non era al massimo. Nessuna indicazione per il dopo vendita come uno se lo potrebbe anche aspettare e comunicazione non al massimo. Sarebbe gradito essere accompagnati sopratutto quando si è straniero e non a conoscenza delle legge italiane. Per il resto tutto bene. Not bad but it can be done better. Claudio sold my grandmother's house in 2 years, which is not bad given the covid situation. However, I found that the customer relationship was not at its best. No indication for the after sale as one could also expect it and communication not at the best. It would be appreciated to be accompanied especially when you are a foreigner and not familiar with Italian law. For the rest everything is fine.

Una casa da me visitata a Sperlonga che fino al momento in cui ci siamo lasciati era quotata 320 mila euro, prezzo confermato a voce anche dalla persona che ci ha fatto visitare la casa davanti al proprietario (e ci stavamo facendo un pensierino sopra....) miracolosamente tre giorni dopo RADDOPPIA IL SUO PREZZO!!! Il bello è che la Signora che ci ha fatto visitare la casa mi ha anche mandato un messaggio vocale nel quale scaricava la colpa di questa cosa su altre agenzie che invece quotano e continuano a quotare questa casa a 320 mila euro. Ma allora perchè non dire al momento della visita che il prezzo non era quello? Mah....alla fine di tutto sto ancora aspettando una telefonata che mi è stata promessa per i chiarimenti. Comincio a pensare che il pregiudizio che ho nei confronti delle agenzie immobiliari qui trova una dolce conferma......diffidate gente diffidate Simply peìssimi (a star only because zero is not possible) ...... but in the same way .... they work miracles !!!! A house I visited in Sperlonga which until the moment we left was listed at 320 thousand euros, a price confirmed verbally by the person who showed us the house in front of the owner (and we were thinking about it ... .) miraculously three days later DOUBLE ITS PRICE !!! The beauty is that the Lady who showed us the house also sent me a voice message in which she dumped the blame for this thing on other agencies that instead quote and continue to rate this house at 320 thousand euros. But then why not say at the time of the visit that the price was not that? Well .... at the end of it all I'm still waiting for a phone call that was promised to me for clarification. I am beginning to think that the prejudice I have towards real estate agencies here finds a sweet confirmation ... beware people beware
