★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente della farmacia a via Roma da 9 anni, ma d'ora in poi cerco di evitarla perché ne ho abbastanza di litigare con altri clienti che cercano di rubarmi il turno come se io sono invisibile. L'ultima volta, invece, la situazione è uscita fuori controllo - sono stata anche insultata per il mio origine straniero. Ma, chiedo io, quella striscia di carta economica con i numeretti del turno costa più della dignità dei clienti?!?
I have been a customer of the pharmacy in via Roma for 9 years, but from now on I try to avoid it because I have had enough of arguing with other customers who try to steal my shift as if I am invisible. Last time, however, the situation got out of control - I was also insulted for my foreign origin. But, I ask, does that strip of cheap paper with the shift numbers cost more than the dignity of the customers?!?
