Considerata l'ampia giurisdizione sarebbe necessario un nuovo palazzo, più ampio, più funzionale, più rispondente alle necessità di un decentramento del Ministero di Giustizia. La mancanza di un ampio parcheggio adiacente o vicinioro, mette in difficoltà sia l'utenza che gli operatori impiegati all'interno della struttura. Per il resto, se si considerano le risapute deficienze dell'organico e la carenza di spazi, il personale impiegato da il massimo per garantire un minimo di funzionalità e risposta alle esigenze del contesto.
