Sehr zu bedauern ist jedoch das sehr unfreundliche Personal, wir haben uns für eine Lederjacke interessiert welche 15.000€ gekostet hat, als wir sie lediglich ansehen wollten und sie deshalb vom Kleiderhaken genommen haben wurde uns das Produkt schon aus der Hand gerissen mit der Begründung, dass es sich um “ein handgemachtes 15.000€ Stück handelt!” Zumal wir ja davon ausgehen, dass ein solches Produkt in diesem Preissegment wohl die ein oder andere Berührung ertragen dürfte und wir ja schlussendlich das Produkt eigentlich kaufen wollten finden wir diese Begründung nichtig. Leider haben wir umgehend sehr erschrocken und enttäuscht das Geschäft verlassen und werden auch nicht wieder dorthin zurückkehren. Allgemein gilt dazu zu sagen, dass sich die Bozner Geschäftsleute ja schon beklagen, dass der Einzelhandel eine Talfahrt erlebt, kein Wunder so wie man in Südtirol schlecht von den Verkäufern behandelt wird...wir haben uns jedenfalls dazu entschlossen gerne eine 3H+ Fahrt nach München auf uns zu nehmen, dort ist man zumindest immer gut beraten und wird stets mit höchster Freundlichkeit und Respekt empfangen! The store sells beautiful products, albeit with a very limited selection. Very unfortunate, however, is the very unfriendly staff, we were interested in a leather jacket which cost € 15,000 when we only wanted to look at it and therefore took it off the coat hook, the product was torn from our hands on the grounds that it is “a handmade 15,000 € piece!” Especially since we assume that such a product in this price segment should be able to bear one or the other touch and we ultimately wanted to buy the product, we find this justification void. Unfortunately, we immediately left the business very scared and disappointed and will not return there. In general, it should be said that the Bozen businessmen are already complaining that the retail sector is experiencing a downward slide, no wonder the sellers are treated badly in South Tyrol ... in any case, we decided to take a 3H + trip to Munich to take care of us, there you are at least always well advised and always received with the highest friendliness and respect!

Il ragazzo che lavora in questo negozio con il rolex (se è finto non si sa), è stato molto poco professionale. Abbiamo deciso di cercare giacche simili in altre città! We were in the store to see a leather jacket worth € 15,000. Removing it from 'hangers, there was instantly removed from the hands. The guy who works in this shop with the rolex (if it's not known, it's fake), was very unprofessional. We decided to look for similar jackets in other cities!
