excellent pilates study with Denis, a very well prepared and friendly teacher. if you take a lesson then you can't do without it top highly recommended

Days in Rome. On a whim I googled Pilates studios hoping to spend an hour getting a Pilates workout scheduled. With good luck I spent an hour today with Emanuela ( spelling) at the location near the Spanish Steps. Best hour ever! Emamuela was outstanding - very very knowledgeable about classical Pilates and we moved through a workout very efficiently continually prompting me and correcting position. I wish I was here another day or two and I would take 1 or 2 more sessions!!! My experience could not have been better! Why not keep on our exercise routine abroad?? It was so easy to work into my day!
