★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per me alessia stasi, e un nome una garanzia!! migliore parrucchiera in borgo roma, giovane ma con tantissima esperienza alle spalle, ho avuto il piacere di conoscerla tanto tempo fa e per quanto mi riguarda ha dimostrato tanta professionalità e disponibilità con le clienti. Completa in tutto, sui colori la numero uno la straconsiglio e sono veramente contenta di aver trovato finalmente dopo anni una parrucchiera di ottima qualità con prezzi veramente buoni e adatti a tutti. si merita veramente a pieno un 5 stelle, sicuramente ci ritornerò!!
for me alessia stasi, a name is a guarantee !! best hairdresser in Borgo Roma, young but with a lot of experience behind her, I had the pleasure of meeting her a long time ago and as far as I'm concerned she has shown a lot of professionalism and availability with customers. Complete in everything, on the colors the number one I recommend and I am really happy to have finally found after years a hairdresser of excellent quality with really good prices and suitable for everyone. it truly deserves a 5 star rating, I will definitely be back !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parrucchiera giovane, bravina anche se non riesce a soddisfare le esigenze/aspettative della cliente (taglio, colore, piega....)
Ambiente freddo ghiacciato, seduta lavaggio scomodissima da forte mal di collo, misure anti Covid praticamente inesistenti.
Dal lunedì al giovedì: 20 % in meno di sconto, ma il listino non esiste né all’ esterno ne’ all’interno del negozio.
Ed i prezzi (GIÀ scontati sono assolutamente inadeguati).
Neanche fosse un SALONE in centro città ...!!!

From Monday to Thursday: 20% less discount, but the price list does not exist either outside or inside the shop.
And the prices (ALREADY discounted are absolutely inadequate).
Even if it were not a SALON in the city center ... !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza non è stata delle migliori e mi dispiace davvero perché sono andata piena di aspettative. Gli asciugamani per l’odore non sembravano puliti, pulizia negozio da migliorare, come la puntualità ( 45 minuti di attesa ed ero la prima della giornata ).
Ho fatto taglio ( tutto bene ) e colore ( rifatto 2 volte). Penso che andrebbe migliorata la fase di ascolto e domande per capire davvero cosa vuole la cliente. Nel mio caso il colore L’ abbiamo dovuto rifare perché non era per niente in linea con quello che volevo, ne assomigliava ai campioni di ciocche di capelli che mi avevano mostrato.
É stata disponibile a rifare il colore ma il risultato comunque non è quello che avrei voluto ( capelli Marroni con leggeri riflessi più chiari sulle punte, niente di particolare ).
Prezzo molto caro, 100 euro. E soprattutto ho speso 4 ore dentro il salone per un taglio e una tinta ( offrirtela una bottiglietta d’ acqua :).
Prezzi non sono esposti. Questa è la mia esperienza, magari è stato un giorno sfortunato.
My experience wasn't the best and I'm really sorry because I went full of expectations. The towels did not seem clean due to the smell, shop cleaning to be improved, as was punctuality (45 minutes of waiting and I was the first of the day).
I did the cut (all right) and color (redone twice). I think the listening and questioning phase should be improved to really understand what the customer wants. In my case, we had to redo the color because it was not at all in line with what I wanted, it resembled the samples of hair strands that they had shown me.
She was willing to redo the color but the result is still not what I wanted (Brown hair with light highlights on the tips, nothing special).
Very expensive price, 100 euros. And above all, I spent 4 hours inside the salon for a cut and a dye (offer you a bottle of water :).
Prices are not displayed. This is my experience, maybe it was an unlucky day.
