Ich kann jedem die Massagen bei Alessandro als das "kleinste" Retreat für sich selbst empfehlen. Wer mehr in die Auyrveda- und Yoga Welt eintauchen möchte, dem kann ich sehr das Ayurveda Day Package sehr ans Herz legen.

Ha un tocco competente, energico e delicato allo stesso tempo, che sa dosare in base ai gusti e alle necessità della persona. Il centro è bellissimo, una piccola bolla di pace all'interno della città. Arredato con stile e buon gusto, è tutto ordinatissimo e pulito, e rigorosamente in regola con le indicazioni anticovid. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia prendersi cura di sé, nel corpo e nello spirito.
I received an Ayurvedic massage from Alessandro, and it was a wonderful experience. He is very welcoming, instills serenity and is able to put anyone at ease. It has a competent, energetic and delicate touch at the same time, which it knows how to dose according to the tastes and needs of the person. The center is beautiful, a small bubble of peace within the city. Furnished with style and good taste, everything is very tidy and clean, and strictly in compliance with the anticovid indications. I recommend it to anyone who wants to take care of themselves, in body and spirit.

Un uomo, un professionista che apre la sua casa e condivide la sua pace e la sua esperienza. Un ambiente caldo, accogliente, un luogo fuori dal caos della città, in cui "ascoltare il silenzio". Prima di iniziare, ha sondato le mie esigenze e forse anche aspettative così da adattare il massaggio che è stato intenso, coinvolgente e ovviamente mirato. Sono contenta di aver fatto questo regalo a me stessa e di aver trascorso un paio d'ore in un luogo meraviglioso. Oltre ai benefici fisici del massaggio, mi porto le pillole di positività e di saggezza vissuta che Alessandro mi ha trasmesso. Assolutamente consigliato! Grazie.
Intrigued by the great reviews, I went to Alessandro and found exactly what I was looking for. A man, a professional who opens his home and shares his peace and his experience. A warm, welcoming environment, a place out of the chaos of the city, in which to "listen to the silence". Before starting, he probed my needs and perhaps even expectations so as to adapt the massage which was intense, engaging and obviously targeted. I am happy to have given this gift to myself and to have spent a couple of hours in a wonderful place. In addition to the physical benefits of the massage, I bring the pills of positivity and lived wisdom that Alessandro passed on to me. Absolutely recommended! Thank you.

With a good understanding of how the human body functions, he will ask you a few quick questions regarding any pain or health problems you have and then adapt the massage session to that. Enjoy the massage and tranquility you will find in the AOM Villa! (the AOM 'Oasis' would probably be a more appropriate term though :P )
