Prima dell'inizio della pandemia sono venuti a "riparare" Il frigorifero cambiando il termostato, riparare per modo di dire visto che da quel giorno il frigo si ghiaccia ad ogni possibile temperatura impostata sul termostato. È più di un anno che io e i miei padroni di casa chiamiamo per far riparare nuovamente il frigo ma NIENTE! NON SI SONO MAI DEGNATI DI CHIAMARE PER FISSARE UN APPUNTAMENTO! La segretaria non può prendere appuntamenti, così dice lei almeno. Io sono indignata! Sconsigliato vivamente!
Total lack of professionalism! Before the start of the pandemic they came to "repair" the refrigerator by changing the thermostat, repairing so to speak since that day the refrigerator freezes at every possible temperature set on the thermostat. My hosts and I have been calling for more than a year to get the fridge repaired again but NOTHING! HAVE NEVER DENTIONED TO CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! The secretary can't make appointments, so she says at least. I am indignant! Strongly not recommended!
