Parto col dire che Alessio e tutto il suo staff sono molto in gamba, cordialità e simpatia sono all'ordine del giorno. Alessio mi ha consigliato non solo il tipo di carne da prendere ma spesso è volentieri mi consiglia come cucinare le cose. Polpette, polpettone, tagliata di Manzo, Agnello tutto super squisito. Elencherei tutto ma vi dico solo di provare per credere. Complimenti perché io mio marito e la mia bimba apprezziamo e siano super soddisfatti. Super consigliatissimo. Tantissimi i piatti preparati, consiglio il filetto, il pollo ripieno e gli hamburger di polpetta che a casa mia non possono mai mancare! Alessio e suo padre sono semplicemente una certezza, per la qualità della carne, per la loro professionalità, per la serietà e l'infinita disponibilità. Un ultimo cenno vorrei farlo per l'accurata pulizia, banco sempre pulito, lucido e molto ordinato. Complimenti, continua così. Since I discovered Alessio's butcher's shop, I don't buy meat anywhere else and when I leave in the summer I load up with cooler bags and take it even on vacation. Many dishes prepared, I recommend the fillet, stuffed chicken and meatball burgers that can never be missing in my house! Poi oltre alle carni al taglio le polpettine e altri preparati sono buonissimi ti fanno fare sempre bella figura se inviti qualcuno. Bravi! Seriousness and dedication, and the result is visible!
